Turning point at the bottom frame in such a way that when the seat is rotated in a first direction of rotation around the second point of rotation, the second point of rotation of the guide arm moves along a circular arc in a second direction of rotation around the first point of rotation, where the second direction of rotation is opposite the first direction of rotation.
The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 shows a first preferred embodiment of a device according to the invention, where a seat of the device is located in a horizontal sitting position.
Figure 2 shows the device in figure 1, where the seat is located in a vertical position.
The device described below is for a wheelchair, which is intended to be used by a user with reduced mobility, where the device is to perform a movement from a sitting position to a standing position and vice versa.
The device comprises a bottom frame 1, a seat 2 and a link system 3, which articulated connects the seat 2 to the bottom frame 1.
The bottom frame 1 has a front, first end 4 and a rear, second end 5, which is opposite the first end 4.
The seat 2 has a front, first end 6 and a rear, second end 7, which is opposite the first end 6.
The link system 3 comprises a guide arm 8 with a lower, first end 9 and an upper, second end 10, a V-shaped pivot arm 11, which comprises a first leg 12, on which the pivot arm 11 has a first end 13 , and a second leg 14, on which the pivot arm 11 has a second end 15, the second leg 14 being longer than the first leg 12. Furthermore, the link system 3 comprises a front, first lifting arm 16 with a lower, first end 17 and an upper , other end 18; a rear, second lifting arm 19 having a lower, first end 20 and an upper, second end 21, and an actuator 22 having a lower, first end 23 and an upper, second end 24. The actuator 22 is arranged to perform a linear force movement, where the ends 23, 24 of the actuator are caused to move towards or away from each other.
The guide arm 8 with its first end 9 is rotatably arranged to the bottom frame 1 via a first pivot point A. The first pivot point A is located on the end of a vertical leg 25 of the bottom frame 1, which leg 25 is located at a position between the first and second ends of the bottom frame 4, 5. The second end 10 of the guide arm 8 is rotatably arranged to the front, first end 6 of the seat 2 via a second pivot point B.
The V-shaped pivot arm 11 has a V-shaped, pointed central portion 26, where the first leg 12 abuts the second leg 14. The pointed central portion 26 is rotatably arranged to the bottom frame 1 via a third pivot point C. Furthermore, the pivot arm 11 with its second end 15, at its second leg 14, rotatably mounted to the lower, first lifting arm 19 of the rear second lift arm 19 via a fourth pivot point D. the lower, first end 17 of the front, first lifting arm 16 via a fifth pivot point E.
The second end 18 of the first lifting arm 16 is rotatably arranged to the front, first end 6 of the seat 2 via the second pivot point B. The second end 21 of the second lifting arm 19 is pivotally arranged to the seat 2 via a sixth pivot point F. the sixth pivot point F is located at the seat 2 at a certain distance behind the front end 6 and the second pivot point B.
The first end 23 of the actuator 22 is rotatably arranged to the rear, second end 5 of the bottom frame 1 via a seventh pivot point G and the second end 24 of the actuator 22 is rotatably arranged to the first end 13 of the pivot arm 11, at the first leg 12, via an eighth pivot point H. .
The pivot points on the bottom frame 1 relate to each other as follows, seen in the longitudinal direction of the bottom frame 1. The third pivot point C is located at the front, first end 4 of the bottom frame 1. The seventh pivot point G is located at the rear, second end 5 of the bottom frame 1. The first pivot point A is located between and above the other two pivot points C and G.
The distance between the second pivot point B and the sixth pivot point F is equal to the distance between the fifth pivot point E and the fourth pivot point D. Furthermore, the first lifting arm 16, which is arranged between the pivot points E and B, is as long as the second lifting arm 19. , which is arranged between the pivot points D and F. The first lifting arm 16 is arranged in parallel with the second lifting arm 19. This means that the seat 2 is always parallel to the second legs 14 of the second rotary lifting arm 11.
Figure 1 shows the device in a sitting position, where the seat 2 of the device is in a horizontal position, which means that the other legs 14 of the pivot lifting arm 11 are also in a horizontal position. The actuator 22 is here in a retracted position. Figure 2 shows the device in a standing position, where the seat 2 is upright in a vertical position, which means that the second leg 14 of the rotary lifting arm 11 is also in a vertical position. When raising the seat 2, the actuator 22 moves from a retracted position to an extended position, which means that the actuator 22 acts with a force on the first leg 12 of the pivot arm 11. This causes the pivot arm 11 to start rotating around the third pivot point C, so that the pivot arm 11 second leg 14 applies a rotating, upward force to the first lifting arm 16 and the second lifting arm 19. The configuration of the lifting arms, which has been described above, means that the seat 2 during the rotational movement will have the same angle as the second leg 14 of the rotary lifting arm 11. The seat 2 is rotated from the horizontal position to the vertical position around the second pivot point B at the front, first end 6 of the seat 2, the steering arm 8 will rotate during the erection around the first pivot point A at the first end 9 of the guide arm. This means that the pivot point B of the seat 2 will rotate with the other end of the guide arm 8 along a circular arc, where the radius of the circular arc is constituted by the length of the guide arm 8.
When the seat 2 is rotated in a first direction of rotation about the second point of rotation B, the second point of rotation B is moved by the control arm 8 along an arc of a circle in a second direction of rotation around the first point of rotation A, where the second direction of rotation is opposite the first direction of rotation.
The movement of the seat 2 during standing up mimics the natural movement of a person getting up and therefore this particular movement is optimal for a user.
The movement of the seat when raised is unique and differs significantly from the prior art, where the rotation of the seats takes place around a point of rotation which is usually completely stationary and, if it moves, an arc of a circle. so it does not happen after
